Druids are a class in the Druid Circle, and as such have access to all of the spells that Druids can use. There’s just one problem: they can’t use polearms. They might be able to shapeshift into an animal form, but when it comes time to defend themselves with something like a halberd, they’re out of luck.

That is until now! Blizzard has finally made some changes that allow druids to equip polearms in classic play mode. (I)n the past, druids were unable to equip polearms when playing in classic mode. A recent patch changed this, and now they’re able to use any weapon type. This is a welcome change for players who want their tanks to be more durable than those with cloth armor only (and not nearly as vulnerable). — Druid Circle – can Druids use polearms?
